the why behind R2R

Road 2 Reality, Inc is dedicated to all individuals who are willing to thrive and work together towards positive change in the community. This company will empower individuals by presenting them with more opportunities to unite and network, while providing functional skills that are critical to the workforce through leadership, apprenticeship, and physical fitness training and mentorship.  These opportunities will be afforded to a wide range of individuals, from middle and high school students, at risk youth, and older enrollees between the ages of 18 and 30. This branch of our company will be focusing these efforts on individuals from Seaside, CA but based on availability, may open seats to the greater Monterey County. Road 2 Reality intends to confront the lack of opportunity and resources in the community that discourages young men and women to work and build locally. We will inspire them to learn themselves, assist them in transforming their lives, and reassure to them why they should utilize their talents for the betterment of their city. Each program within Road 2 Reality has its own individual goals and objectives but overall, the premise is to bring unity and inclusive leadership to our target audience(s) through various approaches to develop a healthy pride in the community and its residents.
